The Bachelor of General Studies requires a total of 120 credits, including those transferred from the Ivy Tech Library Technical Assistant Program.

An Ivy Tech student who completed 60 hours, including the 30 hours of General Education Core, needs the following hours at IUPUI:

  • 18 hours (c- or better) in an area of concentration (Arts & Sciences, Social Sciences, or Life & Physical Science).
  • An additional 21 credits from the School of Liberal Arts and School of Science.
