The AAS in Biotechnology curriculum at Ivy Tech is valid in the following locations: 

Bloomington – Indianapolis – Lafayette – South Bend – Terre Haute

Ivy Tech curriculum details

  • CHEM 111 is recommended for the AAS degree, but is not transferable toward the IUPUI degree.
  • MATH 137: Trigonometry with Analytic Geometry (3 credits) is required before calculus for the IUPUI degree and recommended prior to transfer, but may not be financial aid eligible at Ivy Tech and is not applicable to the AAS degree.
  • Agreement applies to courses taken at Ivy Tech beginning fall 2019. Courses covered by previous transfer agreements still in effect will transfer as specified in those agreements. All other coursework taken prior to fall 2019 will be evaluated by the faculty of IUPUI to determine transferability.
