About
Kathryn Bixby is the newest academic advisor for the Passport Program, and she is excited to help students make the transition from Ivy Tech to IUPUI and answer any questions that arise along the way. She received her master’s degree in international and comparative education from Indiana University Bloomington. She has experience working with elementary-age students all the way to undergraduates, including teaching students about academic skills. She is hoping to blend these previous experiences into her current work with the Center for Transfer and Adult Students—and specifically, the Passport Program.
